Effective October 21, 2026. This notice explains how Chief Engineering Hospitality Maintenance LLC (CEHMLLC) handles information provided through cehmllc.org.
Information submitted to CEHMLLC
When you submit a contractor application, project opportunity, service request, furniture order or invoice question, you may provide your name, company, email, telephone number, address, project details, trade qualifications, licensing and insurance information, and other information you choose to enter.
Hosting and security providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser details, form-verification results and website request logs.
How information is used
CEHMLLC uses submitted details to respond to inquiries, review contractor qualifications, evaluate project requirements, assess potential matches, coordinate services and orders, manage billing inquiries, and protect website security. Submitting a profile or opportunity does not guarantee approval, referrals, bids or contracts.
Website service providers and disclosures
This website uses Netlify to host pages and receive protected form submissions, and CEHMLLC may use Google Workspace tools to organize and review related business information. Google reCAPTCHA and other anti-spam measures help evaluate form traffic. Requests may be shared with appropriate personnel or potential project participants where necessary to evaluate work, qualifications or fulfillment. Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Payment options link to Stripe-hosted checkout pages or separately identified financing services. Complete payment card details should be entered only on the authorized payment provider's secure page, not on CEHMLLC's inquiry or application forms. Financial service providers maintain their own policies.
Security, retention and choices
CEHMLLC uses website transport security and form spam controls, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be retained as needed for legitimate business administration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Contact CEHMLLC to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.
Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, government photo identification or payment card numbers through ordinary website forms. When documentation is needed for contractor verification, CEHMLLC will arrange a suitable method.
