Hotel Maintenance Night Watch — Service Invoices

Night Watch is a developing 10 PM–6 AM Independent Property Risk Intelligence service using official public information, with an emailed property-specific PDF proposed by 8 AM. No installation, hotel network access or passwords are required; CEHMLLC does not dispatch or repair equipment.

After a written agreement and confirmed service activation, a hotel can receive its own secure Stripe invoice. Night Watch is in development, and no monitoring subscription or payment is due at this time.

Synchrony Financing

CEHMLLC is a merchant with Synchrony Bank and participates in residential and commercial improvement financing programs for eligible customers and approved projects.

Financing is subject to credit approval and Synchrony program terms. CEHMLLC does not make credit decisions or guarantee financing approval.
